DietlyAPI subscriptions
Paid DietlyAPI plans (Pro and Scale) are sold by Dietly and processed by our payment provider Stripe, which handles payment processing, invoices, cancellations and refund transfers on our behalf.
- First purchase: if the API does not work as described, contact us within 14 days of your first charge and we will approve a full refund request.
- Renewals: renewal charges can be refunded if you contact us within 14 days of the charge and the plan's paid capacity was not meaningfully used in that period. In other cases we may offer a prorated refund at our discretion.
- Scale trial: Scale includes 14 free days and then renews at €92/month. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge.
- Cancellation: you can cancel anytime from the billing portal in your dashboard. You keep paid access until the end of the current billing period; no further charges follow.
EU right of withdrawal
By starting a subscription you request immediate access to the service. This does not limit your statutory rights as an EU consumer; the 14-day policy above is intended to meet or exceed the EU right of withdrawal for digital services.
How to request a refund
Use API support with your account username or invoice number. Never include your full API key. Refunds are issued by us through Stripe to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment method and your bank.
Dietly mobile app purchases
Purchases and subscriptions made inside the Dietly mobile app are billed by the app store you downloaded the app from, and refunds for those follow the store's process: request a refund from Apple (App Store) or request a refund from Google Play. We cannot issue app-store refunds ourselves, but if you are stuck, email us and we will point you in the right direction.
